Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Officer to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for market trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and product management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and propose potential business deals and contact potential clients, discover and explore opportunities.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved and promote teamwork to maximize high productivity.
  • Responsible for growing the company’s revenue through market research, insights, leverage and relationships.
  • Providing customized solutions based on intimate knowledge of existing and potential products in order to increase company revenue and ultimately position the company as strategic partner to clients.
  • Identify and drive effective sales and marketing of all products to existing and potential clients to maximize cross-selling revenues
  • Develop customer relationships and proactively leverage relationships to establish loyalty and cross sell products.
  • Develop comprehensive sales plan with proper customer segmentation and alignment with sales targets
  • Analyse current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Business Development, sales or related role.
  • Knowledge of Product Management and ability to manage product life cycles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify market trends and analyze financial data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
