Job Summary

As a Business Development Officer at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with clients, facilitate bookings, and ensure a seamless sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide information about our products/services. Job
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Efficiently handle booking processes, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and schedule services in alignment with client requirements.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving targets by actively promoting services during client interactions.
  • Provide service knowledge to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients through various channels, including email, phone calls.
  • Uphold a professional and positive image of the company in all client interactions.
  • Accurately document client interactions, bookings, and relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with the appropriate departments to ensure prompt resolution of client-related challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
