Job Summary
As a Business Development Officer at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with clients, facilitate bookings, and ensure a seamless sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide information about our products/services. Job
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Efficiently handle booking processes, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and schedule services in alignment with client requirements.
- Assist the sales team in achieving targets by actively promoting services during client interactions.
- Provide service knowledge to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients through various channels, including email, phone calls.
- Uphold a professional and positive image of the company in all client interactions.
- Accurately document client interactions, bookings, and relevant information in the CRM system.
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with the appropriate departments to ensure prompt resolution of client-related challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
