Responsibilities

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the lithium mining sector.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.

Financial Management:

• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management to optimize financial performance.

Operational Excellence:

• Streamline and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Implement best practices to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Market Analysis:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Use market insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mining Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10 years Proven experience as a Business Director or in a similar leadership role within the mining industry, preferably in lithium or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of lithium mining operations, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
• Demonstrated success in business development and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Solid financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
