Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and client prospecting.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Conducting market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Participating in industry events and conferences to represent the company and establish new partnerships.
- Sending comprehensive reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Sending detailed itinerary daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Achieve monthly allocated sales target.
Qualification
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field.
- Proven years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to sell value and create credibility.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
- Ability to meet monthly sales targets.
