We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our hospitality business
Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide strong leadership and clear direction to a team of employees, ensuring they understand their goals and expectations.
- Motivate and inspire team members to reach their full potential and consistently deliver outstanding results.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to foster employee development and growth.
- Cultivate a positive work environment and promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Business Operations and Financial Management:
- Efficiently manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to established processes.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses, taking necessary actions to optimize resources and achieve targets.
- Oversee payroll, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Lead the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires receive proper training and seamlessly integrate into the team.
- Provide guidance and support to new team members, facilitating a smooth transition into their roles.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain quality standards for work or services, ensuring consistency and adherence to organizational policies.
- Monitor performance metrics and regularly conduct quality checks to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to contribute ideas and actively participate in process optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably with a focus on daily operations management and team leadership.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team.
- Comfortable working with budgets, payroll, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with employees at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for operations and financial management.
