Responsibilities
- Coordinating and planning the product execution process
- Coordinating and managing Key stakeholders and internal partners in the product execution process
- Managing, implementing and improving policies, processes and systems
- Managing and ensuring adherence to policies and SLA’s
- Ensuring that products and services meet high-quality standards
- Monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses
- Hiring, training, and managing staff
- Identifying and addressing problems and bottlenecks in the production process
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, products, marketing, Risk and Credit, collection and finance
- Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualification
- B.Sc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or relevant field
- Proven proficiency in Managing diverse teams
- 8+ years’ experience in Sales and Marketing
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Influencing and people management
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
