About the job
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our team. The Business Sales Executive will drive sales growth by acquiring new business clients and expanding relationships with existing clients. And a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and warm inbound leads.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and prospects through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients’ business needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to develop customized sales proposals and presentations that address clients’ unique requirements.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s products and services to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and differentiating features.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreement terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators as defined by the company.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as management requires.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably in a technology or software-related industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present ideas to clients at all levels of an organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and understand clients’ business needs and pain points and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to close deals and overcome objections.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A stable internet connection, preferably fiber.
