Job Description
- As a Calling Officer, you stand as the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with the service rendered. Your responsibilities also include calling customers to inform them of the due dates of their loans.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Contact customers and inform them of their overdue loans. Job
- Inform customers of overdue accounts and amount currently owed
Qualification
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Presently serving as a Corp Member
