Job Description

Our Client is into catering for the airlines for both locals and international flights,is looking for chef to manage all the culinary of local and continental dishes

Responsibilities

• Create menus and daily specials
• Organise the kitchen
• Plan the work of the day
• Overseeing all kitchen operations
• Supervise the cooks

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with good knowledge of hotel management with over ten years in five stars hotels as Chef. Ability to speak french is an added advantage
• Must be a team player with excellent supervisory roles
