Job Description
Our Client is into catering for the airlines for both locals and international flights,is looking for chef to manage all the culinary of local and continental dishes
Responsibilities
- Create menus and daily specials
- Organise the kitchen
- Plan the work of the day
- Overseeing all kitchen operations
- Supervise the cooks
Qualifications
- Degree qualified with good knowledge of hotel management with over ten years in five stars hotels as Chef. Ability to speak french is an added advantage
- Must be a team player with excellent supervisory roles
