Overview
We are working with a relatively new business looking to add to its C-suite team by recruiting its first-ever CFO.
The position will oversee the company’s finances and look after key departments including Human Resources.
The CFO will work closely with the CEO to monitor performance, implement growth strategies, and drive operational excellence, ensuring smooth execution across teams. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO to shape and implement the company’s growth strategy and business plans.
- Work with the Finance lead to oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with the HR lead to ensure that the company’s talent management strategies are aligned with growth goals. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Senior management experience, with a proven track record in overseeing multiple business functions including finance/accountancy procedures which is an absolute must.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, economic analysis, and resource allocation.
