JOB Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) who will also serve as a part-time Virtual CISO (vCISO) for our clients. This dual role will involve overseeing CyberDome’s internal security posture while also providing strategic security guidance to our clients.
Responsibilities
For CyberDome:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive information security program to protect CyberDome from internal and external threats.
- Oversee the management of all security technologies and vendors.
- Lead the security team and provide mentorship and guidance.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and penetration tests.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all security incidents and breaches.
For Clients (vCISO services):
- Provide strategic guidance on information security tailored to each client’s specific needs.
- Conduct security audits and risk assessments for clients.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures for clients.
- Offer incident response support and crisis management.
- Assist clients in achieving compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISO are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of various security frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
