Our client in the Hospitality Industry is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track of success in the hospitality industry, demonstrating exceptional strategic and operational leadership. As the COO, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s overall strategic vision and business objectives.
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes across all departments.
- Monitor financial performance, identify areas of development, and implement cost-effective measures.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
- Oversee the implementation of quality assurance programs to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing operations in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the hospitality industry.
