Job Description
As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Farerun Nigeria, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic vision. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring Farerun’s continued success in the Nigerian market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, and investors.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to adapt the business strategy accordingly.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction initiatives.
- Ensure operational efficiency and optimize processes to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with the global leadership team to align strategies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role within the tech or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and regulatory landscape.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and financial management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex challenges and make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of executive leadership experience.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and managing P&L.
