X-Serve Children’s Hospital is a twelve (12) bedded children’s specialist hospital located in Surulere, Lagos. We offer services in various specialties of children’s healthcare with up-to-date equipment and qualified healthcare professionals. Our goal is to provide available, accessible, affordable, safe, and quality total children’s specialist healthcare.
We are a multi-disciplinary dedicated team led by Paediatricians and Paediatric Specialist Healthcare Professionals handling health conditions in children, with up-to-date equipment, professionalism, passion and compassion. We understand the problem of unavailability, inaccessibility, unaffordability of safe and quality children’s specialist healthcare, that our healthcare system is faced with. We also recognize the privileged opportunity of solving these problems in this era of increased clients’ awareness of safe and quality healthcare.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the above at X-Serve Children’s Hospital in Surulere.
The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining business relationships.
Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client needs are met.
Confirm eligibility of HMO enrollees
Qualifications
- Client Relations, and Business Relationship Management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer satisfaction orientation
- Experience in healthcare or related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
