Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Support Staff at Skyned Consults Corporation. The Client Support Staff will be responsible for providing support to partners associated with the partnership team, carrying out follow-ups with these partners as needed, and utilizing interpersonal skills to assist partners in navigating the admission process. Additionally, the role involves offering technical support and safeguarding services to ensure a smooth transition for applicants and the partners involved in the admission process.

- Experience in Safeguarding practices
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of the education system and study abroad processes
- A BSc degree with nothing less than a 2.1 in area of study
