Define learning needs, develop training programs for the team, and monitor individual development
Responsibilities
- Measure overall business unit results
- Define learning needs, develop training programs for the team, and monitor individual development
- Motivate, coach, and support the team in their account management role, both with clients and internally
- Communicate corporate and division information to the team
- Build strategy for area of responsibility, define objectives and roadmap
- Manage and track Sales and LE performance
- Manage business aspects in area of responsibility: vitality, profitability, communicate investment needs
- Manage team budget and expenses
- Ensure good sales and pricing practices, in line with corporate and division policies & guidelines
- Strong business acumen to ensure corporate and legal compliance
- Supply Chain understanding and internal stakeholder management
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing, science…)
- 7+ years of relevant business experience
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and computer presentation tools
- Collaborative team worker, passionate, results-driven, well organized and analytical, creative, able to function independently when required
- Ability to develop successful client relationships and to position the business as a key partner
- Display a high level of cultural sensitivity in dealing with international customers
- Advanced Sales and Negotiation skills
- Ability to define, prioritize, and implement action plans according to business opportunities and success factors
