We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge Guest Management Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and assistance during their stay.
Job Description
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Welcome all guests as if they were arriving in your own home.
- Register guests, and modify any information required to complete the registration process.
- Confirm credit and payment method at check-in.
- Directs guests to daily functions within the hotel campus.
- Directs guests to area events, businesses, and attractions.
- Log all guest requests and confirm completion.
- Review hotel inventory and house count for availability and rates.
- Balance and prepare individual paperwork for closing of shift.
- Maintain and market special guest programs.
- Run daily arrival reports and mark registration cards for special requests.
- Distribute packages and mail to guests or inform them of receipt.
- Process accounts for departing guests and collects room keys.
- Confirm full payment at check out.
- Must be able to convey information and ideas.
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, English, Business Administration required. (Estate / Hotel Management is an added advantage)
- 2-3 years of experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Possesses teamwork, leadership, and facilitation skills to cut across many diverse functional disciplines and regional cultures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Possess strong business acumen.
