 Responsibilities

  • Professionally make outbound and inbound calls using defined call scripts and keep records of
    customer interactions
  • Make sales to new and existing customers
  • Ensure all calls through the IVR are answered within the first 2 rings.
  • Deliver excellent  service across every engagement channel and in line with defined SLAs,
    policies, procedures, and KPI requirements.
  • Meet performance, KPIs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction ratings/standards
  • Ensure all loan transactions are processed in compliance with company rules and policies while
    optimizing our core applications
  • Ensure swift responses to all customer inquiries across all  RenMoney touchpoints. CONTACT CENTRE ADVISORS

Qualification

  • University degree or equivalent standard
  • 2+ years of experience in sales related field
  • Experience with a  customer service service relationship
