Job Description
- We are looking for a Content Creator / Social Media Handler who will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and improve our marketing efforts.
- The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, skilled in content creation, and knowledgeable about the latest social media trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that align with our brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to create content that promotes company products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a community around our brand.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualification
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proven experience in creating engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is compulsory.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
