Responsibilities
Content Development:
- Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Formulate a comprehensive cross-platform content strategy to maximize reach and impact.
- Collaborate with team members to generate innovative ideas that align with brand objectives.
Audience Engagement:
- Build and nurture a dedicated following on social media platforms through strategic content creation.
- Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members to enhance overall content quality.
Analytics and Optimization:
- Track and analyze web analytics to gauge content engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage content across various platforms, including email and social media, ensuring consistent messaging and optimal performance.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of successful content creation.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in popular content management systems.
- Experience with social media management and a deep understanding of platform dynamics.
