Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the company, including finance, marketing, HR, and operations.
- Manage teams across various functions and ensure that they are aligned with the company’s overall goals.
- Develop and implement processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate risks to the company’s operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Represent the company to the public and to industry organizations.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer or other senior leadership role in the e-commerce and logistics space
- Proven track record of success in strategic planning, partnership building, and execution
- Experience working with startups
- Deep understanding of business operations and processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working with startups and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the company’s industry or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
