COUNTRY OPERATION OFFICER

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the global operations team to execute strategies tailored to the specific needs of your designated country.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and corporate partners.
- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and promotional activities aimed at increasing Portfolio’s presence and user engagement within the country.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide support to users, instructors, and partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the localization of content, including course materials and platform features, to better serve the needs of learners in your country.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new users and drive user retention.
- Generate regular reports on operational performance, highlighting key metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in [local language] and proficiency in English.
