Call and follow up on leads to Market and sell the company’s products and services.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up on leadsleads to Market and sell the company’s products and services.
- Convert leads to sales.
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
- Followthrough to know customer concerns are taken seriously
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs.
Qualification
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
