Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email.
- Conduct telemarketing activities and follow up with potential clients.
- Manage social media platforms to engage with customers effectively.
- Assist walk-in prospective customers and facilitate sales transactions.
- Coordinate and manage training events and customer service campaigns/projects.
Qualification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service and sales.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Diligent and fast learner, adaptable to evolving tasks and responsibilities.
