Job Description
The ideal customer service representative (CSR) will provide ongoing support to our clients and engage with them. The CSR should be able to contribute to building new customer relationships, retain existing customers, and implementing new programs that will contribute to achieving our corporate objectives and increase revenue.
Responsibilities
- Establish clear client retention goals
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Promote value through customer experience.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Promote offered service with the brand image in focus.
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience(1year proven work experience in customer relations is a bonus)
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Fluency in English Language is a MUST-HAVE
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Should have basic computer skills
