Job Description

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods and tools.
  • Resolve customer complaints, requests, and inquiries by clarifying issues, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the issue.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Record and maintain accurate customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.
  • Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity and discretion.
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance goals and quality standards.
Qualifications 
  • At least 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, email, and chat.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office and customer service software
