Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Providing product or service information to customers.
  • Processing orders, applications, refunds and requests from customers.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their satisfaction is achieved.
  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback.

Qualification

  • Should be between 18 and 39 years old
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the English language
  • Hold citizenship or residency in an African country
  • A graduate from an accredited University or Polytechnic

Salary
$600USD per month
