Popular skit maker and content creator Abdulgafar Abiola, professionally known as The Cute Abiola, has humorously opened up about his recent struggles on social media.
In an Instagram post that left fans in stitches, Abiola shared a series of photos and a heartfelt yet comedic caption lamenting his challenges as a husband and father. According to him, his toddler son has successfully “taken over” his wife’s attention, leaving him feeling sidelined.
He shared how he cared for his son for a year and six months, only for the child to turn against him. In a funny twist, he described returning home late from a movie premiere to find his son comfortably occupying his matrimonial bed.
Abiola jokingly shifted the blame to his wife, claiming her quiet demeanor allowed their son to dominate the household. Fans couldn’t help but relate to the hilarious post, which showcased the lighter side of his family life.
In another comical episode, Abiola recalled an interaction with actress Funke Akindele. Leading up to the release of her movie Everybody Loves Jenifa, the skit maker dramatically teased her about posing with a borrowed car.
Taking to her comment section, he humorously questioned why she chose to “live a fake life” instead of working harder to buy her own car. Abiola even penned a playful note saying he might not attend the premiere of her film, citing a busy schedule filled with meetings, events, and even an imaginary call from Donald Trump, the then-US President-elect.
He clarified, however, that his love for Funke Akindele and his role in her movie are what keep him engaged with her. Promising to “check his schedule,” Abiola left fans entertained with his dramatic expressions.
