Nigerian singer and rapper Cynthia Morgan, now known as Madrina, has fired back at her colleague Paul Okoye for publicly distancing himself from her and wishing her a quick recovery.
In a fiery response on social media, Cynthia Morgan slammed Paul Okoye for his audacity to talk down on her and questioned his motives.
Paul Okoye, in an Instagram live session, clarified that Cynthia Morgan was never his artiste but his brother’s artiste. He expressed his wish for her to get well soon amid their estrangement. However, Cynthia Morgan was quick to retaliate, challenging Paul Okoye’s sincerity and reminding him of unsettled debts.
Madrina accused Paul Okoye of still owing her for a feature she did for him and his then-girlfriend, implying that he had cheated on his wife at the time. She vehemently rejected his well wishes, asserting her independence and demanding accountability.
This altercation is just the latest development in the ongoing feud between Cynthia Morgan and the Okoye brothers, including Jude Okoye, her former label boss. Cynthia Morgan has previously accused Jude Okoye of withholding her intellectual property and owing her money, leading to a legal battle between them.
Despite attempts to settle their differences, the animosity between Cynthia Morgan and the Okoye brothers persists, with public exchanges and legal proceedings adding fuel to the fire.
