Renowned fashion entrepreneur Cynthia Obi Uchendu has called out poor business practices among online vendors, sharing her dismay over a recent unpleasant experience.
Taking to Instagram, Cynthia recounted how a vendor failed to provide the total cost for items she had selected, instead listing individual prices and leaving her to calculate the total herself.
Isn’t it the job of the seller to give the total amount of what I’m buying? Or am I running mad?” she expressed in frustration, highlighting the lack of basic customer service in the exchange.
Cynthia further emphasized the need for vendors to improve their approach, noting that good service is crucial regardless of a customer’s spending power.
Things are tough for everyone,” she stated, “but if I’m spending my money, I expect to be treated right.”
Her post has sparked a conversation among her followers, with many agreeing that businesses must prioritize customer satisfaction to remain competitive, especially in challenging economic times.
