Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Perform data verification and validation to ensure completeness and accuracy of information. Job
- Update and reconcile data records as needed to resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Assist with data cleanup and organization projects to improve data quality and usability.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and data management tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete data entry assignments in a timely manner.
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and data management tasks.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other data entry software/tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary equipment for remote work.
