In a candid interview on The Breakfast Club podcast, Nigerian music superstar Davido shared insights into his personal life, vows to stay faithful, and expressed his unwavering commitment to his wife, Chioma Rowland. “I’m not cheating again. I don’t want wahala. I have five kids with four women. I’d rather go and live with how my other guys are living. Maybe because I’ve had bad experiences. Sometimes experience is the best teacher.”

He also shared that he and Chioma are planning their white wedding in Miami, USA, in August. Davido credited Chioma with being the backbone of his success. He revealed that whenever they fight, his business suffers, noting her unique “grace” over him.
“Every time I fight her, something bad happens to my business. If I fight her, she will say, ‘So you are fighting me, Abi? Your album is coming. Do you want to fight me?’ She has that grace over me.”
He also praised her for being a loving stepmother to his children, including his daughter, Hailey. Davido recalled a heartwarming moment between Chioma and Hailey that solidified her role in their blended family.
On a joyous note, Davido shared the heartwarming news that he and Chioma are now parents to twins. He noted that their son resembles his late brother, Ifeanyi, both in appearance and behavior, a reflection that touched him deeply.
“We’ve got twins now, a boy and a girl. The boy looks exactly like my son who passed. They act the same. Everything he used to do, he does.”
