Job Description
This role reports to the Head of Creative Services and will be responsible for working collaboratively with global marketing team members to create a compelling brand experience for ApprovalMax.
Responsibilities

Design compelling marketing assets for digital and print

Design amazing visuals for landing pages for our marketing campaigns

Translate company objectives into outstanding design

Ensure visual communication and brand standards are world-class and consistently improving

Leverage, and contribute to, our design system to maintain consistency and increase speed to market

Have a real impact on attracting clients and candidates from all over the world

Long-term perspective and focusing on quality rather than quick fixes

Enjoy collaborating with a team that loves to solve high-level problems

Create engaging animation/video content for the business, to showcase our award-winning product and tools

Qualification
-
Experience in working with brand guidelines including visual and copy identity

3-4 years experience working as a designer, well-versed in a wide range of design projects

Detailed knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Competence in digital illustration and animation
-
Competence in design marketing assets for digital and print
-
Knowledge of design trends and trends across the creator space, and someone who loves to learn

Someone who thrives in a highly collaborative, fluid, fast-paced environment

Ability to communicate ideas, designs, and your thought process

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines, so time management and the ability to manage pressure is essential

Strong sense of accountability

Be able to collaborate with other designers and accept constructive feedback

Advanced English written communication skills

Experience working for a software company is not essential, but will be highly regarded
