Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Growth Hacker to join our team at The Love Central (www.thelovecentral.com). As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for driving growth across multiple digital channels, optimizing our online presence, and increasing our website traffic and audience engagement. Your primary focus will be on driving growth for our newsletter subscribers, mobile channels (WhatsApp & Telegram), social media platforms, and website traffic through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive the acquisition of newsletter subscribers and increase audience engagement.
• Implement innovative tactics to grow our mobile channels, including WhatsApp and Telegram, by driving user adoption and engagement.
• Drive targeted traffic to our website through digital marketing channels, including paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.), content marketing, and SEO optimization.
• Continuously optimize on-site and off-site SEO to improve website rankings and organic visibility.
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Clubhouse, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with the content team to create and promote engaging, shareable content that drives traffic and increases audience engagement.
• Set up and manage our Adsense account to optimize revenue generation opportunities.

Qualification

• Proven experience as a Growth Hacker, Digital Marketer, or similar role with a strong track record of driving growth.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools, including paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
• Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant marketing tools.
• Experience in optimizing on-site and off-site SEO to improve website visibility and rankings.
• Familiarity with email marketing and newsletter growth strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High level of creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for love, relationships, and personal growth is a plus.
