We are growing rapidly, and our goal is to become the largest firm nationally by offering hotels and homeowners advanced and technology enabled services with higher revenues at lower cost. Job Description
- As our Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all online channels.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality and real estate industries and a proven track record in creating successful digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. Job
Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute targeted online campaigns across various platforms (website, social media, email, paid advertising) to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions.
Content Creation:
- Create and distribute engaging and informative content (blog posts, videos, social media posts) that resonates with target audiences.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement) to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
Budget Management:
- Manage allocated budget effectively and track ROI for all digital marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve shared goals.
- Years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industries.
- Skills: Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and data analytics.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
