Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager / CRM (Customer Relationship Management) professional to join our innovative Shortlet company in Lekki, Lagos. This exciting opportunity means the Marketing Manager / CRM will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, as well as manage customer relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in this invigorating industry.

Responsibilities

  •  Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote our Shortlet company’s services and drive customer acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to identify target customer segments, analyze competition, and gather insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create and oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (website, social media, email marketing, etc.) to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage and optimize our CRM system to maximize customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead-generation activities.
  • Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing, CRM, and customer experience to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in the Shortlet or real estate sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, CRM systems, and customer segmentation techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM software, and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with customers.
  • Creativity and innovation to develop engaging marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in Lekki, Lagos is highly desirable.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving marketing goals and driving business growth.
