Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. The role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, advanced WordPress skills, and expertise in marketing engineering to create data-driven strategies that optimize performance across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz, and implement data-driven changes.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure ongoing improvement.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s WordPress website, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and SEO-optimized.
  • Customize themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement new features and improvements.
  • Regularly update website content to align with marketing campaigns and SEO strategies.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to streamline marketing efforts and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Design, build, and optimize marketing funnels to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Implement A/B testing and performance tracking to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging, SEO-friendly content for the website, blogs, and social media.
  • Ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and contributes to lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Optimize existing content to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
  • Plan and manage PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, to drive targeted traffic.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad copy and visual content.
  • Track and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other relevant tools.
  • Provide regular reports on digital marketing metrics, including traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Recommend and implement data-driven strategies to optimize marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO, WordPress management, and marketing engineering.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of WordPress, including theme and plugin customization.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant areas is a plus.
