Job Description
As a Direct Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales and meet monthly targets. You will be tasked with promoting our financial products and services to potential customers, ensuring they understand the value and benefits they offer. The monthly sales target for this position is 7 million naira. If you meet the target, you will earn a commission of 1% on each sale, in addition to a competitive basic salary of #70,000. If the target is not met, the basic salary will be #40,000 without commission.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking events.
- Educate customers about our fintech products and services, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Identify customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed the monthly sales target of 7 million naira.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and market feedback.
Qualification
- Previous experience in direct sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage potential customers.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with financial products and the fintech industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
