Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lekki for a Dispatcher at Jetboss logix. The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of goods, ensuring that shipments are delivered on time and in the right condition. The Dispatcher will also work closely with the managing director, customers, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus
- Knowledge of dispatch software and systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a related field is a plus
