DISTRIBUTION CENTRE MANAGER – VACANCY AT TRADEDEPOT

We’re seeking to hire a Distribution Centre Manager. TradeDepot is building the future of distribution in emerging markets. We help retailers transform their businesses with access to goods and inventory finance through our ShopTopUp platform. Our mission is to create better everyday lives for retail store owners in Africa and similar markets around the world.

Primary Objectives:

• DC Operational Excellence: Drive and achieve the highest standard of operations across all DC locations enabling the business to keep the ultimate customer promise.
• DC operations capacity & expansion planning: Champion effective DC operations capacity and expansion planning to meet the rapidly changing needs of a hyper-growth business.
• Team Leadership: Manage an efficient and effective DC team through on-job training, motivation and staff development in order to deliver efficient/cost-effective operations across all DCs.

Secondary Objectives

• Manage all In/Outbound KPI across all DCs.
• Manage 99% inventory accuracy KPI in all DCs.
• Manage DC Budget and Cost Control.
• Manage & Strengthen relationships with all 3rd Party Service providers to DC operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of HND with 5 years experience and prior experience in the fields of business, supply chain management, and operations management.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and reasoning abilities
• Management skills
• Customer service skills
• Distribution process know-how.
