Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce, Sales Specialist located in Lagos. As an E-commerce, Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through e-commerce platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include generating and driving sales online, Increase profitability through e-commerce sales ,managing online product listings, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase online sales, visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales and marketing
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
- Ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
