Jones earned the Player of the Match title in the Young Lions’ 3-0 win over Israel at Batumi Arena in Georgia. His Liverpool teammate joined the game as a substitute for the final 15 minutes.
The Young Lions, who are still yet to concede a goal in the tournament will face either Ukraine or Spain Saturday’s final.
England will be able to become European champions at this level for the first time in 39 years.
