Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Manage databases, filing systems, and confidential information.
- Act as the first point of contact, screening, and prioritizing communications
- Assist in daily tasks, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Qualification
- First Degree in any related field
- 2- 5 year’s relevant experience as an Executive Assistant to a top Management staff
- Interested candidates must reside around Ikeja, Lagos.
