Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant at QaceTech. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support, managing expense reports, facilitating communication, and offering project management & administrative assistance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
- Support the CEO in daily tasks and long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance, Expense Reports, and Executive Support skills
- Strong communication and administrative assistance abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
