Job Description
Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
Responsibilities
- Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Provide internal reports monthly.
- Developing and presenting pitches to potential clients.
- Conducting research on potential clients.
- Negotiating prospective business deals.
- Setting up meetings with clients.
- Making travel arrangements i.e. booking transport, accommodation, and adjacent services
- Handling accounting matters and managing allotted finances.
- Securing performances, events, and awareness-building opportunities.
- Perform regular market research studies to gather important brand data
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Planning and disseminating in-depth itineraries.
- Remaining highly accessible to stakeholders
- Follows up on items promised as part of the contract such as accommodations, per diems, advances/deposits, rentals, commissions, and so on.
- Prepares the Rider – and communicates the talent rider to the coordinator.
- Perform any other duty as directed by the CEO.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive-level calendar management
- Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time.
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Impeccable attention to detail
