Smallville Technologies LTD is in search of a highly skilled and organized Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO, capable of proffering simple and effective solutions in our dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Office packages, strong tech-savviness, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and report on daily business dealings
- Direct affairs of staff and business as requested
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Take comprehensive notes at meetings
- Assist with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel arrangements
- Coordinate events
- Draft correspondence and manage social media
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and deliver full reports
- Conduct research to drive business forward
- Organize and structure the business
- Handle accounting and balance sheets, reporting daily with monthly summaries
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Devise and maintain the office filing system
Qualification
- B.Sc or HND required; additional accounting qualifications are advantageous
Experience:
- Intermediate to experienced candidates are welcome, provided they demonstrate the ability to deliver effectively
