Job Description

We are excited to announce an open position for a Facility Manager at Imperial Gate School Lekki. Our school is renowned for providing high-quality education and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for our students.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising a team of custodial staff and ensuring efficient workflow.
  •  Developing and implementing a preventive maintenance plan to keep the facility in top condition.
  •  Managing budgets for facility maintenance.
  •  Coordinating with various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and external contractors, for repair and maintenance tasks.
  •  Implementing safety measures and emergency protocols to ensure the well-being of all occupants.
  •  Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  •  Keeping records of all maintenance activities, work orders, and repairs.

Qualification

  •  A related Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience as a Facility Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  •  Excellent knowledge of maintenance and facility management best practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  •  Proficient in using computer and facility management systems.
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
