Job Description
The group is supported by a corporate operations management team that ensures our operations area aligned to International Best-Practice.
Responsibilities
- Ensure and support the constant running of operations across cinemas and the support office by providing maintenance to facilities used for operations.
- Create a conducive and safe environment for staff and guests in the cinemas.
- Drive the repair and schedule maintenance of all equipment utilize utilized, owned, or managed by the company.
- Coordinate and monitor security of all locations by working with the operations department on-site to gather information and provide guidance on the management of their security personnel.
- Coordinate and monitor the activities of handymen within the cinemas.
- Implement the health and safety requirements for the company as prepared and directed by HSE Department.
- Drive compliance with electrical installation regulations standards for commercial spaces across sites
- Drive compliance with electrical installation standard on new projects by working with the Development team to supervise electrical drawings and installation on new projects
Qualifications
- HND or Bsc, in the Sciences or Engineering preferably.
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP)
