The rapper and activist took to Instagram to unveil stunning pictures with his bride-to-be, declaring that this moment has been “a long time coming” and one of the best decisions of his life.
“First of all, introduction… THE TEAM,” Falz captioned the post, leaving fans and celebrities gushing in excitement.
Celebrities and fans flooded his comment section with messages of love. BBNaija star Tacha wrote, “It’s reigning couples!! Congratulations friend!!” while others expressed joy that the long-speculated news had finally been confirmed.
Falz has always kept his private life out of the spotlight, often stressing in interviews that putting too much out there only invites unnecessary scrutiny. For years, the rapper was never accurately linked to anyone romantically, except for playful speculations about him and singer Simi, which turned out to be unfounded.
Interestingly, Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele also reacted to the news. Known for her on-screen chemistry with Falz in Jenifa’s Diary and Everybody Loves Jenifa, Funke jokingly ordered him out of her comment section after he left laughing emojis under her movie promotion post. “Pls leave my comment section. Sebi, you don go marry?” she teased.
Fans may remember that earlier this year, Funke gushed over Falz’s good looks in a video, and in the past, the pair even stirred online buzz with their playful public appearances.
