ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Field Sales Executive is, most importantly, expected to maximize revenue from the sale of company services which include promotion of the 1Techlink E-commerce app, Vendor, Rider /Driver and User (Customer) Sign-Up amongst others through effective communication of the benefits and unique selling propositions (USPs) of the App and other company services in order to persuade a prospect to patronize. The post holder will also provide excellent customer service and support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results report, such as daily call and visit reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses. Job
- Work onsite at prospect sites delivering sales presentations and collecting information about the client to assist in the development of marketing plans and sales strategies to increase your chances of completing a sale.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potentials volume of dealers.
- Manage contact information for sales prospects and existing clients.
- Schedule visits or meeting with clients within sales territory.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new product, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc.
- Recommends changes in product, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain a regular calling or contact schedule with companies to identify more lead or resolve any problems that arise in existing client accounts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of National Diploma in any fields
- 0-2 years of e-commerce sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Knowledge of the local market and competitors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicants must reside in Ikeja, Yaba axis
